Manu triumphs at Inhorgenta with 23% sales boost


Hameln-based jewellery manufacturer Manu found success at Inhorgenta by bagging new business deals across Europe.

According to the brand, Manu’s stand in Design Hall C2 was visited by longstanding loyal customers as well as many new customers.

Manu has exhibited at the Inhorgenta Munich for approximately 30 years, 19 of which have seen it under the direction of Johannes Weege, who became CEO of the Hameln-based jewellery manufactory in 1998.

“This year’s Inhorgenta Munich was the best trade fair that our company ever experienced,” Weege said, who added he was delighted with a 23% increase in sales compared to last year.

“Both our current line of jewellery with filigreed shapes and the new collection of star jewellery were very warmly welcomed by our customers.”

His customers are jewellery stores and galleries with an orientation toward modern design, and the majority of them are headquartered in Germany. In addition, many of Manu’s customers also come from Austria, Great Britain and the Benelux countries.

Manu has existed within the British jewellery market for 15 years, and has previously exhibited at International Jewellery London. The company states that approximately 40 jewellers from England, Scotland, Ireland and Northern Ireland are regular customers.
